We have answers.
-
Our community managers are available to support your business starting at 40 hours per month. We know that about 10 hours per week is the minimum amount of time required for your community manager to have an impact on your business. Remember, you’re not hiring an admin that’s just checking boxes each day to keep your group running.
-
Security is important to us. That’s why we recommend you use password managers for your business. We also recommend our community managers have top security measures in place for their social media accounts. We’ll address these concerns in more detail during onboarding.
-
It’s common to confuse a social media manager with a community manager, but they serve different purposes in your organization. Your community manager will be focused on maintaining your community for your paid programs and customer groups. You’ll be grateful to have someone on the team focused on keeping customers progressing and connected.
-
The majority of our community managers are available during traditional workday hours. However, if you have a specific need, we can take that into consideration during the matching process and try to accommodate your needs.
-
We’ll walk you through an intentional discovery and matching process that will ensure you get matched with the best fit for you. You’ll have the opportunity to get to know your community manager in our proprietary onboarding process.
-
If you have a business that can support a full-time W-2 community manager on your team, that’s great! We recommend working with one of our community managers for 10-30 hours per week to start. When you fall in love and are ready to bring them on to your team in a more permanent role, we’ll help you do that.
-
We will work with you and your community to resolve any minor concerns. If it’s determined the community manager is not a fit, we’ll help you find a new match.
